The best in the staff is the house keeping manager Mr Ajay. He responded to all request in time and was very humble to attend. Rooms are extremely clean with a nice view. The only disappointment is the breakfast. Despite serving such wide spreads, most of the dishes on repeat refilling are not warm. Especially the Indian dishes including curries. Please improve on this. Guest taking breakfast around 9 am should be careful about it.

The hotel is situated very close to Husein Sagar (a lake with stale water). As soon as you step out, you can not avoid breathing in bad smell and polluted air. The breakfast was no good and very expensive. Not much choice or quality. Very little western choices.

However, there was a strong, unpleasant drainage smell coming from the Hussain Sagar side, which became quite irritating whenever I switched off the air conditioner in the room.
