I loved my stay in Hyatt place. Banjara. I want to thank all the team at this property ( who served from 1st March to 3rd March 2025).. I thank them most Vechas they made my son’s birthday a wonderful memory ( he is a special child).. for my Aryan a good place to stay and good food is all that matters.. also the team treated him with love and care. Their service depends on their mood. Restaurant and Backoffice team must to attend customer service training. Along with please learn how to behave with customers. Or if possible ask them to visit other hotels like Marriott

This is a great hotel though it caters to the business crowd. Located across from GVK Mall its a great location in Hyderabad. The hotel is a bit dated however that doesn't take away from the location, great staff, and hotel amenities.
