Heritage House is a simple but nice, newly renovated hotel. The rooms were spacious (including a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, and a lot of cupboard and counter space but unfortunately no lighting) Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The hotel is a short walk/bike ride/drive from the ferries, and a quick walk to Main St. for restaurants and bars. And Hyannis is a good base for exploring the rest of Cape COD. Breakfast next door at the Comfort Inn was basic but adequate. Overall we thought this was good value for Cape Cod and we’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very cute hotel but I tried to check in (as instructed) through the Comfort Inn, next door. There was a long line and only one person checking in. Fortunately, my husband was able to check in at the Heritage House and everything went smoothly after that.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. I didn’t realize it was part of the comfort inn or that breakfast and the pool would be in a separate building. It’s a great location and reasonable price.

Hotel still looks newly renovated. They could clean the showers a bit better, repaint some areas, and fix squeaks in flooring, but overall done a very nice renovation. Breakfast was very basic, like most Comfort Inns (shares breakfast with Comfort Inn). For the price, very good value.

a quick overnight stay before the ferry to Nantucket but what a pleasant surprise! Stayed in the smaller building which was newly renovated.. spotlessly clean..friendly helpful staff, especially Edwin keeping the breakfast area in shape! He, and the desk host when we checked in were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Could have used brighter (or more) lighting in the room, but we managed... and would be great if they offered some kind of parking package for those going on the ferry... but otherwise a great stay!

The location of the property is terrific. We never used the car once we got there. Easy walk to Hyline ferry and Main St for shopping and restaurants. The hotel was updated this past winter and it shows well. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Great value for this price point!

Heritage house was a close walk to ferries and shops. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub . I did feel that the lighting in the rooms were not bright enough and bathroom sink/vanity was small, but there is a cubby below for some storage. Overall it was a great value for the price and I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel in sept 2024 and now in 2026. Wow it is a whole new experience. It was ok before and now it is eye popping and smells delicious inside. This place is no longer my quiet secret of a place to stay on main street. This place is in a perfect location and clean. Love it.

The room looked brand new. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some work. Some of the chafing dishes were not kept stocked and choices were not many. There could be more tea selection.

Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy.

The property was clean and the woman who checked us in was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Tried to eat it both mornings and couldn't. Eggs were clearly powdered and were flavorless. The potatoes were barely cooked and hard. Sausage was barely warm. Coffee was ok. With that in mind, I would still stay again knowing I was going out for breakfast every morning!
