“Tolles Hotel in einer wirklich schönen Lage. Das Design ist sehr gelungen und die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll und mit einem grandiosen Ausblick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Auch der unkomplizierte Check-in hat uns positiv überrascht – wir konnten bereits eine Stunde früher unser Zimmer beziehen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Am Nachmittag gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit, etwas Herzhaftes zu essen, sondern nur...

“Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

“Wow, what a wonderful stay. Room 128 (Heavenly Suite) was modern, clean, spacious and beautiful, and despite not having AirCon and the 35 Deg C temperature outside, remained cool. Fabulous views of the Valley, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, half hour walk to town and 20min walk to the cable car (which was free, thanks to a hotel voucher). We didn’t have time to use the spar/pool. Honestly one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had.”

“Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!”
