“Have been back here the second time and it just keeps getting better! I booked 2 different rooms for our group. They gave us an upgrade so we can be closer to one another. The staff are just too nice. Parking space is HUGE. The motel always smells so good. We love the homey feel of this motel. I commented last time that the place had no hairdryer so they made sure we got one - how attentive are they? We visit Wellington often so we will be booking this place every time from now on :)”

“Great place to stay”

“Great location and close to a lot of amenities. Restaurant was nice for breakfast in the morning”

“Would stay here again was super quiet and we had a very nice room.”

“Quiet and very clean. We arrived well before check-in but we were able to leave our luggage in the unit. The only negative was that all the pillows were very high. We bought some very cheap low profile ones at the Mall. Smart TV so we were able to watch our usual programs without casting. Very reasonably priced.”

“Bad smell like wet carpet. Dishes were not vey clean. Walls and doors were dirty”

“Poor communication. Poorly cleaned ((black finger prints on shower wall, sticky counter tops and dust on top of items). Plenty of parking. Handy location. Warm.”

“Room was clean got there late and checked out early via the key drop box. Was comfortable”

“Had a very early flight from Wellington so booked for the convenience. Got lost finding the hotel as conveniently accessed within the airport. Obviously we didn’t follow directions. Loved watching the planes that were more visible from the eating establishments, which provided a variety of options - more in the airport rather than the hotel. A very relaxing stay.”

“Perfectly located just a short walk from the airport. A lovely quiet place with well appointed rooms and comfy beds. Also there is a bus stop right outside and several restaurants located close by.”

“A clean, modern hotel with good amenities in the room and friendly staff. Easy to drive into the city centre.”

“Excellent value for money, five star motel with secure parking and central Trentham location.”
