Wonderful stay

We initially came for 2 days and finally prolonged our stay as we really enjoyed the hotel and specifically the service. The people are so kind and so willing to help each time you need it. Actually they even anticipate your needs and don't give you the opportunity to ask. Thank you so much, my son, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Abdallah, Awad, Donia, Wissam and all the team (I wish I could name them all) thank you.

And we thank him for the good time we had ! Also big shout out to Mustafa the dive instructor who managed to make us all feel comfortable enough to try diving even my 10 year old who usually panics had an unforgettable experience !! The property and staff are amazing. What was unacceptable was the poor food quality. My son refused to eat during the 3 night stay. It’s quite disappointing since everything else was on point. I would have been prepared to pay more if that meant no compromises on the quality of the food in this all inclusive stay. Again through the staff were amazing and did what they could to handle our concerns.

Fantastic hotel and the restaurant staff was amazing and attentive! Good variety of food. Only negative was the amphitheater where the nightly entertainment was held- VERY VERY uncomfortable. No back and you are sitting on concrete no chairs.
