The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice.

The staff was really nice and friendly, the grounds are gorgeous and the views of the lagoon and Red Sea are breathtaking. My only complaint and the reason why I’m giving it a 4 star over all is because the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are the worst pillows one can possibly get. I was there for a wedding and the rooms (my room) was a good distance from the lobby, but I like to walk so it was not a big deal at all. Except, for the day of the wedding. I called to get picked up by the golf carts as the walkways are too uneven to walk on in 5inch stilettos and the wind was really strong. It took them 40 minutes to pick me up and that was after calling the lobby 3 times. I eventually had someone in the wedding party tell them that I’ve been waiting and they need to come get me. Good thing the wedding party was running a bit late, otherwise I would have been left behind. The breakfast buffet is good, dinner not so much. There are a lot better options in the downtown area.

Toilet leaked during my whole stay even after I called them 3 times and someone “came and fixed it”. Staff is doing the bare minimum and I believe they need improvement on several fronts. I don’t recommend staying there unless you have to. I was negatively surprised.

Stunning views and weather in November

Amazing location, with stunning views, issue with noise as they decided to build every other day a stage for weddings which makes it noisy to build and dismantle for each wedding on top of the wedding noise. Having said that, I complained to the hotel and to hotels.com, the general manager offered us compensation and another room for the last night away from the wedding noise, though hotels.com did not do anything rather than log a ticket
