This four-star hotel exceeded our expectations. With amazing location among greenery next to a golf course, excellent food in all-inclusive restaurants, high cleaning standards and professional staff (including very helpful and friendly Negm at the reception desk), you cannot go wrong with this choice. It's an excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The one problem we had that stopped an excellent was that we had birds nesting over our patio so it was filthy and smelly - I reported this every day but it was only jetwashed a few times so we couldn’t use the patio area - felt this problem wasn’t taken seriously and it was too dirty for the room cleaner to tackle with a mop

Færre retter end de store hoteller men maden var mere velsmagende. Meget roligt hotel med flotte grønne omgivelser. Værelserne er meget store og alt er rent med god service. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Service in allen Bereichen. Wir wurden jeden Tag nach der Zimmerreinigung mit einer schönen Figur aus Handtüchern von Mohamed überrascht. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, wir hatten genügend Platz und einen schönen Ausblick auf Palmen und den Pool. Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, ist dass das Kartenschloss an der Zimmertüre nicht immer funktioniert hat und die Cocktails in der Bar waren nicht wirklich gut und lieblos angerichtet. Ansonsten alles top. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder 3 7 Jahre) im Saraya Palms. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Ruhe und einen Aktiv Pool welche je ein kleines Kinderbecken haben. Das Hotel liegt ausserdem neben dem Golf Platz der Madinat Makadi, was zum Vorteil hat das neben an kein weiteres Hotel angrenzt . Die Zimmer sind recht großzügig, wir hatten eins direkt am Pool mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Es gibt ein Restaurant welches nicht die Masse an Auswahl hat, dennoch Geschmacklich alles sehr gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel an Paare und Gäste empfehlen die wirklich Ruhe suchen. Mit zwei Kids im Alter von unseren würde ich aber das nächste Mal ein Hotel wählen welches entweder direkt am Strand liegt oder mehr Rutschen hat. Da wir aber diesmal wirklich nur 2 Tage ausspannen wollten, war die Entscheidung fürs das Palms absolut richtig.
