Fantastic property and staff, we were all well looked after. The water slides kept the kids and adults going for days and days. The only thing we thought would work better was to have an a la carte meal once a week and also some more premium drinks on offer but only minor issues.

Service from staff was very good, attentive and helpful. Disappointed that only location for cocktails was main bar in main building. Meaning a 5-10 minute walk to get drinks when by pool. Food options at the snack bars away from main pool were not same as main snack bar and needed to be the same to give consistency and all options.

Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son and father-in-law. We all had a great time. It catered for all age groups. We loved all the food options and the chefs did a great job. The staff was incredibly nice! Always smiling and so kind. Noone was expecting or begging for tips. But of couse they were happy to get some. They did a great job! Especially Osama in housekeeping, Mohamed in service and Mohamed at the reception. We‘ll be back!

Fantastic time ..!!

Was amazingggggg! Excellent!! It was fantastic… definitely worth it especially for families and children. We had a fantastic time! Couldn’t have been better. The city Hurghada is definitely worth it to see and enjoy, cleanliness was 10/10.
