I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and atmosphere to the overall service. Most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made our stay really enjoyable. However, I would like to mention one negative experience with a non-Egyptian female receptionist. Unfortunately, her attitude was not friendly or professional, and the way she dealt with us was quite disappointing compared to the excellent service we received from the rest of the staff. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back. I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration, as the rest of the team was excellent.

This was my second time visiting. The first time was three years ago, and I would say the experience was much better back then, from the food quality to the way the staff treated you. The staff at reception were really helpful. When we complained about our room, they upgraded us right away. Aside from that, though, I would say the quality of pretty much everything has gone downhill. It was definitely not worth the money. Our stomachs were hurting throughout the entire stay because of the food. The washrooms smelled bad, and the staff in general hardly smiled or seemed welcoming.

The best resort I have ever stayed in! During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING! Beautiful room we did not want to leave. The whole property is just so beautiful and felt so serene.

The hotel canceled my reservation 5 hours before I arrived to the hotel when I asked why my reservation is canceled they claimed that because my name is Egyptian and I’m not American so they canceled my reservation. I can’t believe what I heard from the hotel. This is discrimination and I’m Egyptian/American. Yes I’m African American and I am proud to be Egyptian and American. I’m very disappointed of the owner of the hotel Mr. Kamel abu Aly and I think his Egyptian too. I have lost $700 For business air fair with Egypt Air.
