“Michelle, the receptionist told us she’s upgraded our rooms to an Executive Suite from a standard queen room which was a lie as that room was located at the corner of L1 where the traffic noise can be heard day and night. “Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. The only downside is that it is about a 15-20min walk to the centre of town, but we didn’t find that a major drawback and walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property.”
