We stayed two nights and booked the jetted tub suite. The first night we got there our suite was swapped with someone else’s which we found out the following day but the staff was wonderful and try to fix it to the best of their ability and we got our room the next night. Staff was friendly upon check in. The pool was nice and warm. The bathroom in the room didn't have a hair dryer. The bathroom door was poorly painted. The water pressure was super high and made it difficult to wash hands. Unable to get the TV to connect. The hall smelled like marijuana. The breakfast was pretty decent and offered good options. It was nice to stay here. We had a late fly in and they usually charge for an early check in and David didnt hesitate to waive the fee and we were just amazingly grateful for that cause we were desperate for a nap. All the other staff we encountered with were extremely nice and helpful.

Our stay was a good one. We were in town for a cheer competition in Huntsville. The room was clean and large. It was very quiet and no outside noises were heard, which was appreciated. The breakfast bar was stocked with plenty of options. Hot and cold. The lady that took care of the breakfast was very kind and attentive to any needs or questions asked. Would stay here again if needed.

3 stars because the bed mattresses were really hard. None of the outlets in the bathroom worked, only half of the other outlets in the room were working, and then the working ones were so loose when I plugged in my electronics they would just fall out. The pool was too hot. But everything was clean, so that’s a plus! And the staff were nice.
