The property was pretty great. Lots of outdoor space, the pool was nice and big, the Pavillion had many activities for the kids. The hotel room in Bayshore was nice, although we could have used a larger mini-fridge. The shuttle service was amazing. Made it so easy to go back and forth from the Pavillion to our room.

It may be the time of year but the resort was packed with young children, which was unexpected. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub when getting a spa service because they were full of kids. The rooms could use an upgrade and you can hear everything through the walls, which doesn’t help when the aforementioned children running rampant like its great wolf lodge. We enjoyed the snowshoe trails, and renting gear was easy. Staff were all very nice.

Spacious room. Great view. Lots of unique guest services like winter sports equipment and a shuttle. Only one tiny hot tub for such a huge resort, not very hygienic. No fan in the bathroom. Rooms not cleaned or anything for a short stay, which is fine, but no way to get dry towels or coffee without going to the main building (which in extreme cold is more annoying). Beautiful resort, just a bit quirky for the price.
