The rooms were perfect, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Had a great pool for the kids and adults and all the beach towels, umbrellas and chairs you could need for free on a first come first serve basis. Dining in property was very convenient and access to the beach was great.

The hotel was really nice. Kids love the pool and activities. Very convenient location. Only reason why they don’t get 5 stars was because I asked to check out one hour late and they didn’t allow. Now I understand the rules and that we could continue to use the amenities but I just really needed the room from 11 to 12. Even 30 minutes would’ve helped. Most hotels are often accommodating for that timeline.

This was the best place to stay. From when you walk in and smell the amazing clean hotel scent, to the best check-in and the housekeeping is the best. They accommodate anything you need and are incredibly kind. Both the Cabo Wabo and Surf Hero Market Place was amazing. Angel who works in the Surf Hero was very kind and helpful. 2 min from the ocean. Would stay here again.

Great location and great amenities. Pool area was a great vibe. Fun for kids and adults. Good food and drinks served poolside. Hotel room were updated, clean and spacious. The hotel bar and restaurants were great also. My wife and I went with 3 kids. We'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. I paid for an ocean view in a 2 queen bed suite with a living room. I liked the room, but the sliding doors were very hard to move. Also, the view could’ve been better. We were on the 4th floor and the closest to the elevator. I paid extra for an ocean view and I wasn’t too happy with the view.

The resort was right on the beach. Our room had a private balcony that faced the ocean so it was great. The resort has tons of resturaunts, well setup. The two waterslides in the pool was the main hangout with alot of traffic. Our kids had a great time & we were able to get some R&R while watching the kids play. With the pool being 3 to 4 feet deep it was perfect size & depth for letting kids swim & play at an eyes view. Very well setup! The pool bar & lounge was fantastic we had lunch at the pool and never had to stop the fun. The resort is a little older they have updated it well. But for a beachy resort it was loads of fun. Walking distance from the Pier & lots of food & shops. Very happy with our stay.

Staff was very attentive including the medical staff on the premises. It was a relief to know that they offered on site services for first aid assistance. Medical staff were very professional and attentive to our need's.
