On check in the gentleman was cheerful and helpful. Explained night porter service, bar and food times and where n when breakfast was with no prompts. Bar staff were cheerful and amenable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Hotel guest parking is free. Had an evening meal which was good. Bar runs a happy hour. Breakfast is continental and cooked. Cooked breakfast is prepared to order and arrived hot and perfectly cooked 5*

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. It's lovely but its an old building so that reflects in the rooms. Other than being a bit dated, everything that could be clean and well presented was. The sheets were immaculate as well as the towels. The bathroom was a bit dated, but the shower was great! It was really hot over the weekend and the windows don't stay open. A fan was provided so that helped with the heat in the room but it was still very hot in there.

We had a very comfortable night's stay. The temperature of the room was perfect all night and the room and bathroom were very clean. The continental buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my needs. We would willingly stay here again.
