The third time staying at the Three Swans. A great welcome and easy check in with incredibly helpful check in Manager who was thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel situated in the centre Of Hungerford which is a lovely small town with interesting individual shops and antique markets. Another great stay.

On arrival we were greeted with a genuine and sincere welcome by Hana . She had such a lovely smile and disposition we were instantly brightened up after our long journey from Crete. All the staff were friendly and helpful which made our stay memorable.

Despite claiming otherwise there was no parking, and no internet connection Inside the hotel. Amusingly (only because my wife and I are less than 5 feet 7 inches) , the height size inside two thirds of our (large) premium room was less than 5 feet 10 inches, and even though the bathroom was very large, Its inadequate small electric towel rail in the corner and very, very small mini bath would not suit many, particularly in the winter. Food at the hotel is pretty basic, but fortunately there are other better eating venues in the town . For the record we cancelled Sunday lunch for 4 there, and took our guests to the John o’Gaunt. Obviously the character hotel had many stairs and no lift, but staff at least were friendly and tried their best. PS The bed in the room was comfortable. Overall a great experience, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. First morning no fruit or yogurt at breakfast and second morning got our breakfasts completely wrong. The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty. It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast. There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job.

Highly recommended. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room, in good condition, nice furnishings and decor. No parking at this hotel, so I recommend using the Station Road car park and using the PayByPhone app as you cannot pay by traditional means (no pay and display machines here).
