Been to this resort 3 times since 2024! My favorite resort ever! The resort is clean the amenities are great. I only suggest eating off the resort there is a plaza about 5 minutes from the resort that has authentic Puerto Rican food and is way cheaper and taste better then the restaurants on the resort. I love this resort!

Our stay was so lovely! All the amenities were so wellkempt and clean. The staff were incredibly generous, accomodating, attentive, and so personable. We had such beautiful interactions with the staff, especially Richard, the barista. He was an answer to so many of our prayers! We were truly just so grateful to be here, for the blessing to rest, and to leave with our souls refreshed. We are praying to be back sooner rather than later!

The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as you are far away from san juan and fajardo to do excursions. I would also recommend renting a car for those reasons as well as for food. The cafe is amazing for breakfast with smoothies and acai bowls, the pizza pool bar is awesome, but the main restaraunt "Trova" is underwhelming. Overall: A beautiful resort and an EXTREME value for the price range
