Great hotel with a great location to the main train station. Staff are all so lovely and helpful and rooms are facilities are well maintained and really clean. This was our second stay here and will always be our main choice of hotel when visiting Hull.

Second visit here and can’t fault it. We were a bit worried on arrival as some private event on at the roof terrace and was very noisy however you couldn’t hear it from indoors. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Very quiet overnight even after reception saying it was full. Breakfast was lovely and good choice

The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. They make you feel so special and welcome. The food was amazing from the breakfast to the Christmas lunch.
