是我最差的一次訂房經歷，根本沒有房間可入住。 我訂了即日的房間，收到確認email，便出發。到途中，收到酒店經hotels.com來的信息，說房間已滿。我打電話去酒店，職員說很早已滿了，叫我不用過去。同時間我再上hotels.com，一樣顯示有房，各級數房都有。 好彩那天不是假期或旺季，我可以找到其他酒店入住，否則要流落街頭啦！ 而到現還要我寫入住評價……差到極限！

They wouldn't let me put a sun lounger in the sun, which was very disappointing and ruined my stay. Staff had mean face. I had a good hair cut though.

Brand New Room

We stayed in the business room which was recently renovated and similar to other 5 star hotel standards. Service by the hotel staff was good and the hotel was located near to the long distance bus station which had a bus to Shenzhen.

ランドマーク的なホテルです。必要なものは揃ってます プールやトレーニングルームもあります。 日系企業の利用客が多く、ボーイさんはカタコトに日本語を話しますし、 フロントの女性スタッフの方の中には、日本語が上手な方がいらっしゃるので安心です。
