“Room was dirty and broken down. One of the mattress was basically just a box spring. Washroom was moldy and gross. Don’t believe the fake reviews, this place was terrible.
We tried to check out after the first night but they wouldn’t cancel or refund. So we decided to just leave our luggage there and stay at a 24 hour spa and then we just left Shenzhen a day earlier than we planned. Super disappointing.”
