Relaxing stay at the White Lotus Hue.

Lovely hotel with lovely design. The riverside view room which we stayed in was wonderful as we could see the river and the Imperial Citadel area. It's walking distance to the river and the shopping and eating areas as well. The whole see decoration and theme of the hotel was true to it's name. Buffet breakfast was included and we got to try many local dishes every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We love this hotel, Staffs were great, breakfast buffet had so many dishes to choose. My kids loved the pool and room had an excellent view of the Truong Tien bridge. We will stay at this hotel again.

Excellent stay at this hotel and excellent welcome with great info while waiting for our room. As we were early they assist us finding a car and driver to see the tombs. Oir penthouse room had amazing view and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Overall a very nice hotel.

Great hotel, new& modern. Lovely pool area. About 10 mins to busy area for restaurants & bars and 20mins to citadel. Good breakfast choices, recommend trying Bun Bo Hue at least once even if not what youd normally have.

We were surprised to receive a large room with extra large comfy bed, the view of the perfume river and the famous Truong Tien bridge was spectacular. We also love the bath room, with nice amenities and view as well.

I think I could live here. Honestly… great location, great service, breakfast was fantastic. Cabs are always nearby as well. Honestly if you’re in Hue, stay here for 4 days and do it all.

The location is unbeatable. In the middle of everything. Staff was wonderful and helpful in planning a day tour of Hue. Can’t go wrong with the White Lotus.

Amazing views

Amazing views of the river and old town. Modern bedroom, great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of items to choose from. Reception also helped us book a driver to take us to some of the local attractions.

One night stay … we had to stay at this hotel with a name like that! Besides that, it was excellent. Beautiful room, very quiet and excellent pool. A easy 5 to 10 minute walk to cafes and bars and various transportation right outside the hotel if you prefer that. Breakfast also very nice. Definitely value for money.

A smart hotel in a convenient position

The hotel was well situated near to the Citadel, the river and the town itself. The room was excellent (just like in the photo) with daily cleaning. The front of house receptionists were polite, welcoming and very helpful. Sadly the majority of the restaurant staff were lacking these skills and need to be aware that most of the clients were tourists who are there to enjoy themselves! It was if they really didn't want to be there

great hotel- good price whilst feeling very luxur!

Very fussy when comes to hotels…White Lotus didn’t disappoint. Felt very luxurious, room well-equipped, not overly large but perfect for a city break. Everything super clean and organised, bed and pillow super comfy. Toothbrush, cotton pad and buds, comb, shower cap all supplied. First hotel to see conditioner as well as shower gel and shampoo. Water pressure could do with a bit of a ramp up and shower head holder was a little loose but just a couple of bits of feedback for management to look into. I have long hair and didn’t make things too difficult or detract from overall stay. Staff super kind and friendly. Breakfast mainly Asian but they do whip up a lovely breakfast omelette and lots of croissants/pastries if want more of a Western brekkie. Ate in hotel 2 nights as husband upset tummy (not from hotel). Obviously higher priced than outside and i would say food was average to good. Good Western options but i enjoy Asian food for dinner and felt a tiny bit disappointed wasn’t more variety or a homemade type feel. However, staff absolutely lovely!!! Gym wasn’t huge but perfectly adequate for a morning workout. Lovely rooftop bar, great view. So though i may have mentioned a few areas for improvement we had an awesome stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!
