OK Hotel, probably the best among the few alternatives in Hudiksvall. Good breakfast but hotel needs a fresh up.

The bathroom was dirty. There was mold on the tiles. There was a lot of street noise inside the room and this is due to the old windows. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was very friendly.

Good hotel

The staff is very professional. The front desk young lady and young boy who welcomed us are an example of what should be done in this position. The lady at the restaurant at night is also very professional. The room cleaning is also well done. There are some rooms which can be noisy (road traffic or train). Depending of the person, this can be important. The parking of the hotel was always full. There's a parking nearby but crossing the road is not always very simple. There are restaurants all around.

Disappointed

We’ve stayed at several hotels on our trip and I found the bed here to be very uncomfortable … and the pillows so-so. I awoke with a sore back - which I never do. Also the breakfast was disappointing - the eggs, bacon and pancakes were cold … Maybe the sterno was not working?? I think there are better options in town to stay.

Hotellet saknar AC och med en hund med oss fick vi ett rum långt ner som det inte gick att öppna fönstren. Extremt varmt och gick inte att sova.

Trevlig personal, bra rum, sköna sängar, bra läge mitt i stan. Lite för få av hotellets egna parkeringsplatser. Frukosten var "sådär". Den var ok för en English Breakfast och vad den innehöll. Men disk plockades inte bort från borden, så svårt att hitta en "ren" plats. Frukost buffén fylldes på lite halvtaskigt, saknade något hela tiden, mjölk, kaffe, bestick, muggar, pannkakor o.s.v. o.s.v.. Men i det stora hela var det en riktigt bra vistelse och kan rekommendera det.

Fixa frukosten

Frukosten är totalt katastrof. Asså verkligen illa. Finniga 14 åringar som hade noll koll på disken samtidigt som urvalet var ytterst begränsat. Otrevlig personal överlag som hellre gömmer sig i rummet bakom kontoret. Rummet var dock helt okej. Frukosten har försämrats med åren för så här illa var det inte 22-23

Har övernattat 2 nätter i samband med Hudik cup. Har varit utmärkt med hotellets läge centralt i staden. Lite kaotiskt vid frukost med alla som behövde äta samtligt på grund av fotbollen.
