Beautiful hotel with great views from the terrace. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is good - be aware that there is a short walk to the property up a steep hill. Might be challenging for some.

We loved the design of the property, the rooms and decks, the pool, and the views. The staff were very friendly too. We didn’t like being confronted by masses of rules. Just for the bath towels, there 9 rules. But no warm welcoming notices or instructions how to use things. All our communication with the owner was on What’s App. He did respond quickly, but with all the rules too, the lack of a physical managerial presence gave us the impression he wanted to keep his guests at a distance.

The staff at Casa Qi were amazing. They made our stay so nice. Thank you Natalia and Joel! The property itself is very tranquil. It's in a quiet part of town just a short walk from beaches and the main strip. The hill up to the property is quite an incline, especially in the heat, so, you do need a certain level of fitness to get there without transport. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, with day trips into the main area of Mazunte, this is perfect. The hill and location make it more challenging to pop in and out and we found ourselves planning around when we would want to come back. The rooms are very nice, bright and clean. They have few amenities and we would have liked to have coffee making facilities in the room but instead we had to wait for breakfast and ask for hot water. A little coffee pot would make the place perfect! Overall, a great place. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel had wonderful grounds, maintained very well by a gardener with a beautiful swimming pool. However while the bedroom was very large, it felt very much style over substance. A very tired shower which was almost too painful to use. Toilet rolls which weren't replaced. There was no wardrobe or mirror in the bedroom which is a very basic ask at that price. There was also a very wide window which let light in the minute the sun came up. For a very light sleeper, this proved really irritating. On 2 separate mornings, the cleaners popped their heads round the door to check if I was still there. This was at 8.30am! The first time, I had to cover up as I was still in bed with no clothes on. Quite embarrassing! The owner did apologise(thank you), but on checking out there was another issue. He tried charging me 6 nights, although I'd paid for 5 before arriving. I told him I'd paid but he didn't believe me (!) and kept trying to tell me I hadnt paid. In my eyes, the customer is always right, especially when you're charging rates as he was. I had to show him our previous conversation as proof. His response was "oh, I forgot". I felt it was his job to know, and if he had forgotten, apologise. I ended up second guessing myself even though I knew I was right. He helped me down with my bags but didnt bother saying bye. Its a shame as the grounds are lovely and the whole thing could be wonderful but his attitude and lack of decent service tarnished it.

The place is full of small, nice details that add up to an unforgettable stay. The view of the ocean is amazing, along with the rainforest right out of the window which makes this place seem surreal. We will definitively return. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful and courteous.

Wir hatten mit das beste Zimmer denke ich, mit mittigen Blick auf den Pazifik. Wenn man Pech hat, sieht man nur Wald, obwohl man Meerblick gebucht hat. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Es war alles Vorhaben, Bar und Stühle und Liegen, leider gab es kein Angebot es war sehr schade. Des wegen nur vier von fünf Sternen

El Hotel está muy bonito, las vistas es especial la de mi habitación era espectacular, la habitación cómoda, el balcón hermoso. Soy Arquitecto y creo que tienen que darle mantenimiento a las puertas para entrar a las habitaciones, también es tiempo de reemplazar los pisos de Deck y asegurarse que las chapas de las puertas corredizas no se atoren y aunque hace mucho calor instalar calentadores instantáneos para tener agua caliente en las regaderas, no a todos nos gusta el agua fría (era tolerable). De ahí en fuera que considero detalles, lo pasé muy bien y estoy agradecido.

Es un lugar muy bonito y acogedor. Esta a 15 min caminando del centro de Mazunte pero de fácil acceso si te agrada hacerlo; las vistas son realmente lindas y la alberca no es tan grande si te gusta nadar pero se puede realizar. La atención en todo momento estuvo presente y puedes desayunar aqui mismo con cargo extra pero si gustas de algo completo y elaborado te recomiendo buscar alguna otra opción.

Very nice place to stay, quiet and clean. Amazing view from all rooms. Pool was immaculate and fun to swim in at night and look at the stars. AC was useful due to humidity. We did not need a car but we came for a few days of just going to the beach and not sightseeing. Cabs and public transport easily arranged if we needed.
