The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve.

I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients. The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality. Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

La Señorita de recepción me dijo que la habitación no me la podía entregar a las 1300 horas, muy ESTRICTOS tenía que ser a las 1500 horas,,,Excelente…. (VACÍO EL HOTEL) Así de estrictos deberían de ser con su servicio…. Después de regresar de cenar en su restaurante…. Listo para un baño y descansar NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE…. a los 15 minutos llegó un joven corriendo lo escuché habrio una puerta del Boyler , lo encendió y dijo que lo mandaron a encenderlo, que como todo está vacío pues los apagaron,,,, NI SIQUIERA SABEN QUE YO ESTOY HOSPEDADO Y DONDE …. eso si son estrictos con su chingada entrada , pero pésimos con el servicio,,,, tuve que calentar para bañarnos agua en un plato de sopa en el microondas…. Pide tu renuncia Gerente. Atentamente. PD: APESTA A HUMEDAD, EL PISO DE MADERA SE ESTÁ BOTANDO DE LA HUMEDAD, TODA LA NOCHE RESPIRAS HUMEDAD.

La alberca no está en el mismo sitio de alojamiento. El personal de recepción no explica dicha situación, tampoco explica los horarios de la alberca. El alojamiento no tiene vista directamente al campo de golf. La alberca se encuentra en buenas condiciones y con muy pocos usuarios. Limpieza del lugar muy buena, lugar tranquilo, cómodo y silencioso. Excelente para descanso.

Mala experiencia. Al llegar a la hacienda se estaban celebrando dos bodas al mismo tiempo y casi todos los servicios no se podían ocupar. La alberca dentro de la hacienda ya esta muy descuidado, las paredes tienen mucha humedad. Además, si te tocan habitaciones en el club de Golf te queda todo muy lejos de la hacienda y no te dejan usar las instalaciones de la casa club. La hacienda en general esta muy descuidada
