房務人員需要在加強訓練

打電話跟民宿老闆娘反應我退房11點 時間還沒到 10:05竟然有人開門進來，我們還穿著內褲還躺在床上欸 嚇了一大跳 很誇張 我也還沒退房 房卡也還沒還 房間的暗鎖也有鎖 重點房務人員要打掃也該先敲門看房客是否退房了沒 不是嗎 有一點要說的是老闆娘很親切

雖然因為別間房客過度使用熱水，導致停水，但是民宿老闆得知後盡快處理，也因為我們連續兩晚過夜，有特別確認是否需要幫我們補充備品、備品要放在門口或者房間，再再感受到非常貼心
