Great hotel for a medium to long term stay - staff were super friendly and helpful. Laundry on site was a blessing especially with the heat and humidity. Really liked the breakfast buffet - midnight snack was decent but I think offerings are better in the morning. They also had free beverages coffee tea etc throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I loved my time in Hualien.

We stayed at 6 different hotels all around Taiwan. This was the best value we found. Breakfast is great, and the evening snack buffet was a welcome treat that we had not encountered at other hotels.

The rooms at Kindness Hotel are very clean and comfortable, and the attitude of the staff and front desk personnel is top-notch. They don’t treat guests differently. The dinner and breakfast have special vegetarian options clearly marked, which makes us vegetarian guests feel at ease enjoying the meals. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! They have free coffee, tea, juice and ice cream 24 hours a day, plus breakfast, dinner AND snacks (3 to 10 pm) included! My room was spotless, and the staff were wonderful. Best place I’ve stayed in a while!

This hotel is amazing. Our stay was very good from check in to checkout. The staff is very nice at the reception, restaurant and cleaning. Very good breakfast and they even have a free buffet dinner. Very nice to have free snacks, ice cream and hot drinks in the afternoon. Free laundry. The room and bathroom were clean and large.

The hotel should be named Super Kindness Hotel. Free drinks, coffee, ice creams, and coffee-jelly and tea- jelly among others make this hotel most hospitable and unique among others. I enjoyed my stay there immensely.

I am not sure if it is due to the low tourism at this time, but we were given free breakfast free dinner free snacks and free drinks! Wonderful live singer during dinner. Spacious room with all amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer
