服務的熱誠親切度、床舖的軟硬度、浴室的清潔、蓮蓬頭的品質、甚至輕食備品的準備⋯都遠遠比不上之前的水準了⋯⋯令人失望，電梯狹小，裡面沒有鏡子、拉行李或坐輪椅必須很勉強轉身才能看到樓層，海景房視野被對面樓房擋住，只剩左邊邊有光景、偏偏窗簾只能從兩側往中間拉⋯不能自己控制⋯可惜了

Alles war toll! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Lage unmittelbar vorm Meer und trotzdem genug Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor Allem für diesen Preis!

中上的選擇

設備有些缺乏檢查維修部分，例如浴室門鎖鬆動有時會卡死，衣架破裂會割到手，吹風機有裂痕.背面進風孔也已經塞滿棉絮(容易過熱)，樓梯間已經有壁癌產生，樓梯逃生動線也不該放置推車(應該是房務使用的.而且是放整天) 但基本上環境算舒適，距海邊.夜市也很近，整體上不算有啥大問題，就一些細節能夠再進步

馬上就不能再稱為“海景民宿”的渡假旅館。

因是騎重機旅遊，因此停車就在旅館後方的小停車場，有遮蓬，下雨也不怕。 沒供應早餐，原來房間可看到海景也即將被最後一排建造中的旅館遮敝，下次要再租住應該再降價。 好處是離北濱公園跟東大夜市都很近，服務人員態度良好。

舒服方便的民宿

民宿本身算是很寬敞，服務跟提供的東西都很不錯，早餐是簡單的中式吃的飽，但都還不錯。附近環境也很好，離海邊很近，離東大門夜市也很近，非常方便
