I request and pay for king size bed in stead I got two queen bed. In the Expedia app shows 4 rooms with king size. The receptionist told me that is no more king size. Beside this everything was good.

1. Estacionamiento algo retirado 2. Sin vista, por lo que es obscura la habitación. 3. Alberca agua fría, solo en temporada de calor supongo que conviene. 4. Las instalaciones están bien. La atención del personal malísima. Se solicitó en más de dos ocasiones shampoo porque no había desde el primer día de llegada y nunca fue atendida la solicitud. Estaba en la alberca y solicité de favor al mesero me proporcionara la carta en más de dos ocasiones y solo fui ignorado. No me vuelvo a hospedar en ese hotel.
