Absolutely amazing service ! If I could give 6 stars I would , the manager to the staff just great ! Hotel is was really nice and convenient if you want to go to the beach ! Can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Grand ! The only little glitch was the internet wasn’t working the first day but they got on it got it fixed and even gave me dinner and a better room … Thank you the wonderful experience Hua Hin Grand Hotel 🙏

Great hotel, fantastic location

This hotel is in a great location close to shops, bars and the beach. The Hua Hin Market Village shopping centre, beach and railway station are all within about 10 minutes' walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice swimming pool.

Lots of Ticked Boxes

Only intended to stay one night but ended up staying three. Had the deluxe room with king bed. Bed was huge and wonderfully comfortable. Room could do with more power points but that is a common complaint. Good pool. Slick reception. Fast lifts. Shuttle to beach if lazy. Walking distance to station. Lots of ticked boxes.

This is a 3 star hotel. The internet connection in reception was good ,But terrible in our room kept dropping out and so unreliable The pool was lovely as were most of the staff . It is in quite a good position in Hua hin . We were on a high floor but it is near a main road and so tragic noise ( especially the amount of emergency vehicles noise )

My hotel check-in experience was marred by two significant issues. Firstly, the front desk staff member appeared overwhelmed, leaving my passports unattended in the scanner. This oversight caused considerable anxiety and could have had serious consequences. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial negligence was unacceptable. Secondly, the hotel failed to deliver on the promised taxi service. After retrieving my luggage, I waited in the arrival hall for 15 minutes without any guidance from the hotel regarding the designated pickup location. This lack of communication forced me to arrange alternative transport, resulting in an unexpected $100 THB gas fee. These incidents collectively point to poor hotel management and raise concerns about the establishment's suitability for listing on Expedia.

Ein großes Hotel mit schönen großen Zimmern, einem tollen Frühstück, einem schönen Pool und sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Der Check ging schnell und war sehr professionell. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Ort und das Meer. Der Strand, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Bahnhof sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es auch einen Shuttle zum Strand. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung in Hua Hin.

19 dager Gran Hotel & Plaza

Vi bodde på et deluxerom med sjøutsikt i 12. etasje. Rommet var romsligt og vi fikk 4 flasker vann og en stor vannkoker ble fylt opp daglig. God rengjøring men hotellet er slitt og skulle hatt en en god vask av vinduer og heis. Resepsjonen er flott og ser nyoppusset ut, resten er slitt. Greit bassengområde med alltid ledige solsenger. Enkel frokostbuffet. Dårlig wifi og lite kontakter på rommet. Greit sentralt område. Godt der er gratisbuss til stranda for det er langt å gå siden de nærmeste veiene er stengt for gjennomgang til stranda. Koselige ansatte. Vi brukte rett over 3 timer til Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport BKK.
