地點極佳，鄰近新竹火車站及市區商圈，飯店大廳寬敞，房間乾淨，房價便宜，樓下就是中正台商圈，有7-11和各種小吃，相當方便。唯一感到困惑的是我的對外窗打開是隔壁棟的頂樓露臺，也就是隔壁人家可以直接站在我房間窗外的意思，會在意隱私及安全性的可能要避開606及608號房.......
