簡單舒適，兩人住宿還配了三人房給我們，空間很大，很自在！離市區很近所以觀光購物都很方便，早餐雖然簡易但很有日式商務旅館的感覺，很好吃。只可惜門外隔音不大好，旅客在走廊說話在房間裡都聽得很清楚，但房間之間是聽不到的，所以只有在早上別人去吃早餐跟退房時候有被吵到，整體來說蠻推薦的。

臺灣に来たなぁ・・・と感じる臺灣おもてなしのホテルです。

とにかくスタッフが優しいです。日本語で気軽に声をかけてくださり、地元情報もたくさんいただきました。日本語のみで滞在できます。ロケーションもとても良いです。言葉が不自由な短期旅行者にお薦めします。

Enjoyed my stay

Room clean a bit stale smelling, opening window solved that. Beds VERY firm and AC worked but not veey strong. Staff spoke a little English, yet very friendly & helpful. Wifi was so-so, sometimes worked well other times stop working every 5 min. Breakfast very Japanese, but did have yogurt, toast, rice porrige, and fruit. Coffee was great. Walking distance to train station, lots of food & shopping nearby.

賑やかな立地

駅からも近く便利な立地、感じの良いスタッフだったが、部屋は煙草と埃のにおいが染み着いていた。あと数千円プラスして別のホテルに泊まった方が良いと思った。

沒有停車場，不過飯店人員會指示停哪裡也不會太遠。不習慣是床比較硬，枕頭比較低。服務態度很好及房間也很乾淨～附近吃東西也很方便～

ホテルの設備はかなり古いのは否めませんが、 日本人サラリーマン御用達のホテルなのか、 基本的なものはそろっています。 受け付けのお姉さん(おばちゃん)も日本語ペラペラです。 朝食もこの値段にしては美味しかった。 種類は少なかったのですが、朝から腹いっぱい食べなくてもいいでしょう。 9階の部屋だったのですが、風が強く吹いた時、 外の看板の布がバタバタいう音が気になりました。 場所的には、東門の警察署から入ってすぐ、 城隍廟や市役所にも近いし、 今新竹で話題の「東門市場」飲み屋街の隣だし、 いうことなしです。 最低ランクのホテルに500元プラスしただけで泊まれたので、 お得だと思います。
