Booking directly on the hotel website is much cheaper than booking through Expedia. 1. The location is very convenient . 2. Hallway: Dirty, moldy carpet, no air conditioning. 3. Front desk staff: Unfriendly, no smiles at all. 4. Price is higher than other hotels, no VIP access, no service, and you have to carry your luggages to your room by yourselves. 5.The advertising was excellent, so we made the wrong decision choosing this hotel for our three-day stay. 5. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Is a huge but very run down hotel. The wall paper is tearing, mould here & there, They touch up the broken area but is badly done. Mushy smell. the room size is decent. What surprise us is the housekeeping is not 24 hours... the operating hour is 9am till 5pm. we try asking for vaccum services in the room at 6pm and was told the staffs is gone for the day and whole hotel only has 4 staffs working now, and they are the front desk staffs only. The hotel has coin laundry services at level 10.

新竹駅から少し歩きますが、徒歩圏内です。雨の日や荷物が多い場合は駅前からタクシーを利用したほうがいいかもしれません。新竹に慣れている方は市内を走るローカルバスを使えば、ホテルからすぐ近くにバス停があり、そこに泊まってくれます。 私がチェックインした時はちょうど日本語が話せるスタッフがおり、入ってすぐ丁寧に対応してくれました。 部屋は、少し古いかもしれませんが清潔です。広さは十分でした。 台湾のホテルはそういうホテルが多いのかもしれませんが、手洗いソープがありませんでした。ボディソープは備え付けのものがあるので、それで対応しましたが、長期滞在などで欲しい場合は近くのドラッグストアなどで購入するといいかもしれません。 また、ドライヤーは風力調節、温冷切り替えなどできないシンプルなもので、熱も伝わりやすいものだったので、気になる方は自分で持って行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 室内用使い捨てスリッパがあります。
