Some furnished needed to be rehopstured

Rooms are tired and carpet in need of cleaning. Food is way overpriced. $34 a day Guest charge never explained. Lots of clean towels

Me and my partner stayed at The Arctic for 4 nights and really enjoyed the cleanliness, free breakfast, and how close everything is to the hotel! The check in, check out, and valet process was very easy. Our hotel room had a hairdryer and iron which was very useful. However, valet parking was the only option compared to metered parking, which was a bit pricey. A bit expensive but understandably for a hotel with luxury vibes.

The beds are very, very low platform beds. They are difficult and almost impossible for an older person to get out of. This also applies to all the other furniture in the room with the exception of one wooden chair

We were very dissatisfied. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The room smelled or urine or something. We bought air freshener to be able to stay the night.
