Lovely hosts, the en-suite room, situated on the second floor over looking a pretty garden, was large and comfortable. The property was well situated for restaurants and transport. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a gorgeous property! Our room was fit for a king! The WC was huge with a soaking tub and a shower! Liz and Dexter were great! Her mosaic artwork was a beautiful addition to the room! A perfect, relaxing end to our UK trip!

I loved my stay at the Art House. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and stylish. The bed was enormous and very lovely. The en-suite was huge and also lovely! Will be back & would recommend in a heartbeat!

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. 10 minutes Walking distance from Hove station and 20 Minutes to Brighton, although also close to the bus routes. Liz and Dexter were friendly and welcoming. Our en-suite double room had a small fridge with tea and coffee facilities with a small kitchenette across the hall. The room is situated on the third floor of a beautiful townhouse, 15 minutes walk from Hove promenade. There is a wide variety of bars, coffee shops and restaurants close by. We hope to return soon

We have stayed there a couple of times before, it's exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and the hosts are very nice. It's in a great spot if you don't want to be right in the middle of the noise in Brighton and easy to get into town either by walking, cab or bus.

Beautifully presented, boutique B&B with welcoming

Enjoyed a delightful couple of nights at The Art House last weekend. We were visiting friends, and were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Parking was easy down the middle of the street with unlimited time on parking for reasonable prices. The house itself it beautifully presented, reflecting the style of the owners. We stayed in the Mulberry Room. Comfortable superking bed. Lovely decor. Quality tea & coffee facilities. Spacious room. Immaculate shower room (no bath) with SLS free toiletries provided. Only slight point for improvement might be the addition of blackout lining on the roman blinds in the bedroom. Delicious breakfast prepared by Dexter, with quality ingredients, sourdough bread, freshly prepared fruit salad and choice of cooked options. I would highly recommend. Would certainly stay again without question!
