When we arrived the room was not cleaned properly, but a quick run to the reception and they fixed it right away. Very helpful and nice front staff! Really nice restaurant at the hotel and a great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Oude Dorp with restaurants and some shopping.

Fantastic room (701), big and spacious. Very quiet with exceptional views. The bathroom was very spacious with a big bath and generous shower enclosure, clean and tidy. TV had BBC channels and Channel 4!

Friendly and professional staff as always. The let down again is the building work. More relevant is the high pitched drone of the water pressure through the pipes when anyone uses water..... Terrible nights sleep (on 7th floor) worst ive ever had, lije a torture chamber.
