“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Nicely remodeled orphanage in a building dating back to 1660. Very small room, basically twice the size of a queen sized bed. Far half is bed, nearby side has a corner shower and a sink. Plenty of stuff to do in town no need to use room for anything but rest. Restrooms are shared on the floor and accessible via key fob.
