Everything about this location was right. In a safe area.. Mall was 2 minutes away. You're literally around the corner from every food place imaginable that you would want to eat at... It was a great experience for me I will be going back.. Took my son to visit his friends Texas.. And most of all it was very affordable.... Win win

While checking in, another customer had a verbal altercation with one of the hotel’s staff at the front desk. It was very unprofessional and the staff member was horrible to the hotel guest. The hotel was dingy and not very clean. I do not recommend staying here.

Please don't go there, i got the room which was non refundable, checked in and was already sure this is bad. Elevator sounded like its gonna fall and people screaming and talking loud in room and very dirty room with stain of blood on sheets too. I checked out and got another hotel right away

Mad sketchy, good customer service tho, the elevator sounds like it's at the end of it's life pretty soon, the stairs smell like a mix of marijuana cigarettes and pee, the rooms were good tho toilets are a bit small and room service is mad expensive, the pool was unavailable

Overall is was pleased with the stay, great value for money. Cleanliness of the community areas ( elevators, hallways) needs better focus. Spent 4 nights in the hotel and a can of Dr Pepper was there everyday in the sole working elevator. Uhm….. cleaning staff?
