There were gnats in the room. When I spoke to the front desk when checking out, they didn’t apologize. Also, I packed two sample perfumes and put in the bathroom. When I used one of them, when I got back to my room that day, it was gone. I notified the front desk at checkout and he would talk to the manager about it. When I got home, unpacked and found the perfume sample in an inside pouch in an overnight bag that was in another area of my room far from the bathroom. Kitchen was fine and air conditioning worked great during the hottest weather days so far. Staff was friendly.

They Are Trying Hard!

The property managers are really trying hard to clean up the place - it is clear they are working hard. Saw folks spraying for pests, but they were still in the room. Nice note to welcome us - handwritten! Nice touch. Front desk staff VERY friendly.

Roach Motel!

Roach motel. Pest control even came to each room during my visit. Management knocked on all the doors and multiple of us had our doors open so the pest control guy could spray. I still had roaches for the remaining 2 days of my stay. Was waiting on a family member to be discharged from the hospital next door which made visits super convenient which is the only reason I stay. Staff was super friendly though. Place looks nice and clean to the eye but there’s just a German cockroach issue.

The front desk staff and workers around the property were very nice and courteous. The rooms were spacious with the 2 queen suite having two rooms, a kitchen, and living area. However, it is in need of some serious renovations. There was a large quantity of what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, and the sofas had multiple stains. The shower handles were not screwed in and made it difficult to adjust the temperature. There were also many gnats flying around. 2/3 Tvs worked well and could connect to Netflix and YouTube.

I had an amazing stay at the Mainstay hotel. It started off by meeting the receptionist by the name of Dana. I would give her a 10 out of 10 rating. She was awesome in helping me feel welcomed. She tended to any information I needed and/or needs. The room was clean and peaceful. However, the mattress hard so it gave me a bit of a struggle to get comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. The showering was great, but the toilet sits very low so if you have bad knees, this could be a struggle. Overall, I did enjoy my peaceful stay at this hotel. I would come back.

Over all, this place was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Sure, its alittle dated and could use alittle touchups, but it is an older place, so no worries. Property was pretty clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked (Dishes, glasses, etc). Only two small things was- -the toilet was not flushed when we came in -there was a half smoked cig in the shower Otherwise, it was great and I will stay here again.
