This hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, for staying. However, it is in a horrible part of town and my truck was stolen out of the parking lot. I do not recommend staying at this hotel because of the theft rate in the area.

I was so shocked at some things. Like how the hallways had no A/C. They were super hot. The room was nice and cold though, so that was good. And lastly, about 10-15min before check out time my husband was going to take a quick shower and turns out they turned the water off. We couldnt even wash our hands after using bathroom. Mind you we were packed and ready to step out the door. Never experienced this and was so surprised 😮... definitely not coming back here

Would stay again.

Seems like a new hotel. Desk was nice & helpful. I reserved 2 rooms that joined & a crib or toddler bed. They did not have either even though I reserved several days in advance & put in the special notes. Our toilet was clogged & no maintenance on weekends so they gave us another room even further down the hall. Then the TV remote didn’t work. Front desk was in our room about 25 minutes trying to figure it out. We were tried had been driving 4 hours. But other than that breakfast was great hot food. Pool & workout room were clean.

I like thats its a newly constructed hotel. Its clean and the bathrooms are very spacious. I had an incident with the first clerk upon entering the hotel. She was extremely rude, rolling the eyes and answering very arrogantly when I asked about the pool not in operation. I came in town for a Conference, my daughter traveled with me so I needed a pool for her entertainment. I asked the desk clerk about the reason they did not alert or inform on the site that the pool was closed, and she got indignant and her attitude was sure a turn off… Iam big on customer service when I pay my hard earned money to stay in a hotel. I should be able to get a discount or a free stay or something that will suffice or some form of credit.
