The property was very quiet. Nice gated parking, close to a few restaurants. The size of the unit was good, having 2 bathrooms was great. That is where the good part of my review ends. This property could be very nice, it is not taken care of. Walls and baseboards were dirty. The boxsprings on the beds were stained. The pillows on my son’s bed were stained and the headboard loose. The flooring throughout the unit was buckling in spots and coming apart. We probably should have tried to find another place, but just dealt with it for our short stay.

Check in was a breeze, got all the necessary information before hand. Was welcomed with a very spacious unit with all the amenities needed for a couple of days stay. Plenty of food and grocery places within walking distance. Great havjng each bedroom with its own bathroom. Host was very helpful when I had any questions. Came down to check out a football game at NRG Stadium which is within a good walking distance! Great communication from Erika before, during and after our stay! Was given all of the instructions with gate codes and getting to my room was a breeze because I was furnished with a property map! Will definitely stay here again without a second thought! Grocery stores, restaurants and a gas station right across the street! Gated area so everything was safe!

We stayed two nights during the Houston Rodeo Bar-B-Q cook of! It was relatively close to NRG park to walk to the transportation golf cars & trams to be dropped at the cook off area! Ericka was absolutely a delightful property manager & very accommodating! Truly the only reason why I gave a less than excellent “score, is that the condo we were in, was in dire need of renovation/upgrades. Linoleum in one bath was pretty dirty, repairs that had been attempted, looked like it was done the quickest & cheapest possible. I was ups certainly stay there again primarily for the location & Erika…she was so very nice

our stay was to attend a game at NRG, was a quick 8 minute walk to the stadium. Also able to walk to several dining options and grocery store. site was secure and we felt safe both inside and outside the property. management was quick to respond to our questions even though it was technically after hours. would recommend and would stay here again.
