This is a beautiful tri-level home with a roof top view of downtown Houston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Contactless check in was provided, any questions or issues were quickly settled by calling. The best part was location to local attractions, we were eight minutes from the Toyota Center, fifteen from the color factory and only forty-five minutes to Galveston Beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, nicely furnished and in a quiet area. The kitchen could use a bit more utensils, pots, glassware , topperware etc. If you’re traveling with family and do not intend to eat out but rather cook you may have to bring your own cookwares.

The property itself is very nice, however, the owner makes it very clear he does not care about the property nor the guests that pay hundreds of dollars to stay there. I messaged him regarding my stay on different occasions and did not receive a response until days later each time. When I arrived to the property, it was not clean. Beds were not made…there was hair all over the floor, beds and sinks. Trash was not taken out. Food crumbs and clothing tags left on the floors in the bedrooms and kitchen. I contacted the owner and he stated the cleaner could not come until the next day. I had to wash the sheets on the beds myself so that my guests and I had a place to sleep. When the cleaning lady arrived, she informed me that the owner did not give her the cleaning schedule. I definitely believe this as he had terrible communication with me. I asked for a refund for the night of uncleanliness, and he assured me he would send it. Come to find out, he sent a fraud screenshot of the refund and it was never processed. He straight up lied and kept my money. Since then, he had ignored all texts/calls regarding the refund as well as calls from Expedia employees. I have had to go through Expedia directly and report this property owner to receive the refund I was assured I would get. He is a liar who does not care at all about the listing. Do not book this property and save yourself the hassle. There are PLENTY of similar properties in this area owned by people who aren’t liars.

Cuando lleguemos a la propiedad había comida podrida en el horno de microondas y había ropa que dejaron en la lavadora y secadora. La puerta automática para ingresar un día en la noche no funcionaba y me tuvieron esperando en la calle durante más de una hora. No querían hacerse responsables de resolver el problema y jamás recibí ni siquiera una disculpa. Extremadamente caro el costo de la renta respecto al pésimo servicio que recibimos. No había ni siquiera una botella con agua cuando llegamos pero eso sí, comida podrida en el horno y ropa mojada en la lavadora y secadora. Terrible experiencia
