Very clean and well-lit property with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Vincent and Armand at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Nice patio. Here are the downside: The front desk closes at 7pm. It was very challenging to find out to check in when we arrived there after that time. They provide the clean up or bed sheets service only once a week. Some of the lights were out and the sink stopper was broken. We stayed there for 4 days and reported the problems at the front on the first day but no one came to fix them. Now the upside: The room was fairly large and clean. It was quiet.

On the first look, this place looks decent with a courtyard and spacious room. However as soon as we checked in, we found a dirty sock under bathroom sink and a random plastic bottle cap in the middle of the bedroom floor which just shows what a lousy clean job they did. The worst part is the strong chemical smell in the room. I am not sure what kind of cleaning product they used or sprayed in the room. The smell was so strong for the first night that I can not even sleep but I was so tired from my delayed flight and I really did not have energy to ask for a room change. My clothes were soaked in that smell and I can still smell it five days later.
