Very welcoming staff, the hotel has been just built so there is a specific fresh mortar smell in the rooms. Very clean, but no internet during the stay and ! be careful in the bath when taking shower - very slippery plastic the bath is made of (wash your feet before standing in the bath, there is nothing to hold on).

Great room, but questionable service.

Everything was above board except service. When traveling on this business trip, I had several expensive pieces of equipment with me along with my regular suit case and cpap machine. So, on my day-of-arrival, I had called ahead to see if I could get a first floor room. He said that it would be no problem. However, upon arrival, I mentioned that I could have a 1st floor room, and he said that there are non available, When I replied that I was told that I could have one during our phone call, He again replied that there is no room available on the 1st floor. I accepted the room without incident. My displeasement is that I was told I would have a 1st floor room just a few hours earlier and then not provided one. I would have been fine if he had told me on the phone that they "didn't have one". Instead, I felt mislead and don't recall even an apology for not providing the requested service when originally told it would "not be a problem".

This property looks newly renovated but, there are so many small things that have been overlooked. Toilet paper holder completely broke. Paint in places it shouldn't be and missing where it should be. Many of the towels are stained yet left in the room for use. The location is great for restaurants and groceries. Staff was nice. Was quiet at night.
