Clean!

This was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. It was cleaner than some hotels. It's a small place in a decent area, and I felt pretty safe coming and going. I will definitely be booking again.

We wanted a motel close to the baseball field in downtown Houston. The room was clean and comfortable.The only two things that I pointed out to the desk clerk were that the stopper in the bathtub didn't work and the entry door seal or weather strip piece was broken and allowed a big gap at the entry door bottom for bugs to enter in the room.

Relax

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The motel is older but newly renovated. You can tell the owner takes great care of the property. Our room was VERY CLEAN. We didn’t expect maid service to come through, but they did and did a thorough job. I like that Walmart is right next door and everything was easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Cold =High Value

Its tidy clean little place rooms are small simple seem newly redone. We just sleep and go so not needing much. In town for an Astros game, right off 45 so convenient. Next door is a Walmart which again a convenient. Its just south of downtown H-town. Parking is very well lit if those things concern you, price is a good value for a bed and shower, lobby is tiny, coffee n honey bun both serviceabl.

"Nice Little Palace"

This motel has a tucked away location. Very secure and well kept. Everything from the building structure to the rooms' is meticulously maintained. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.
