Extremely in satisfied

I can’t properly review this hotel Bc I didn’t stay there. Even though I paid for my booking through hotels.com I got the hotel and they don’t even work with hotels.com. When they relocated me it was to the most terrible place that didn’t even have a remote for the tv. Terrible experience. Very unhappy.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I asked for a smoke free 2 queen size room on the first floor. I received a two queen size smoke room on the the second floor. I could smell weed through the vents. I had cigarette wholes on my comforter. Had to kill a roach. I specifically called and ask the receptionist if there was a table and chairs in the kitchenette area and was told yes. When I got there there was only the desk and chair. There really wasn’t anywhere to hang your towels. It had cabinets but no paper towels or pots and pans/dishes. I didn’t like the fact that you roll over and there was the fridge next to the bed.

The nearby train (couldn't be helped) and noisy people in the parking lot at 1 in the morning soured the experience.

Great experience.

Newly opened, so very clean. Amenities were average, but overall a very good experience. Price was well below what I would expect for same stay at competition.
