Overall great stay for the price and location

Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet.

First thing there was little flies all around the room, smelt like stagnant water. Didn’t even stay the second night cause the people next door on both sides were so loud and I felt unsafe for myself and my son even having a pi**** on me.

I was honestly nervous for my vehicle all night, nothing happened but the area wasnt that nice and random people walked the area all night. The sheets on our bed were still damp, we asked for a dry blanket and the staff did provide us with one. Id honestly have to be desperate to stay here again

The rooms have been renovated which gives you the impression that the room is clean. My room floor looked clean but I dropped a towel on it and it was black when I picked it up. Discovered that whole floor was the same, I turned A/C down in room to find that it actually smelled like that of sewage, as if the toilet flooded and they didn't clean it. Looks good on the inside but not outside. I sat in my vehicle to escape the smell until I left. I had to find some place else to stay, also people were beating on the walls and ceiling for some reason.
