The rooms didn’t look as advertised online. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. The first thing I saw was the bed had a huge sink hole in the middle - it appeared the mattress hadn’t been changed in years. I also didn’t like how the restroom looked. I couldn’t let my daughter and I stay there. The staff was VERY understanding and helpful. They apologized and cancelled my reservation with no hesitation or fees. I appreciated that very much since I had to then find a new hotel.

The woman checking me in was more concerned with texting then getting me checked in. When I went to checkout the person immediately put up a sign they would be away for 10 minutes. I did not have time to wait for them to return. I would suggest a key return box. The room was clean. The bed was lumpy. The shower curtain was ripped and kept getting the floor wet. It was just a place to sleep for the night. Nothing great about that hotel.
