The location was great it was close to shopping and restaurants. I was very disappointed that since I booked through Expedia I wasn’t reimbursed for leaving early they charged me for the whole trip. It was unfortunate because when I have family come to town it would be convenient to stay there. Also they only clean every third day so our room would only be cleaned one night during four nights stay.

The room was very clean it had a slight smell but wasn’t too bad. I did have an air purifier running. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast with such a variety and if you gave a chance try to enjoy the indoor hot tub and pool. My only con was the entrance, it just got a bit tricky slowly down from the fast cars behind .

My flight got delayed and had to stay in Houston for two nights. The room was spotless and warm, the light was soothing to my eyes. Staffs were super friendly and courteous, breakfast area was clean and comfy.
