Lovely welcoming staff, beautiful building with wonderful communal areas. We enjoyed the outside verandah. It's in a fairly noisy location but this didn't bother us. Walking distance to local bars/restaurants, 10 minutes drive to Downtown. Oh and let's not forget the lovely breakfast!

What an amazing experience! Although it's located in the heart of downtown, the area is calm and peaceful. You get a great view of the city from the porch. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing each morning. It honestly felt like I spent the weekend at a relative's house. I highly recommend.

The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. The room was beautiful. The bed was not very comfortable as I could feel the springs on my side of the bed. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to dry my hair in the room. The location in relation to Warehouse Live Midtown for concert was excellent. It was a 9 minute walk so we saved on parking. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from on the way to the venue.

What we paid was overpriced for what we got, breakfast was disappointing would have liked an option but the staff were friendly, the place was nice but a bit dated, location was good, I have no real complaints except the price I paid wasn’t worth what we experienced
