The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future.

The staff was very helpful. The room was quiet (on 17th floor) and comfortable. The restaurant has a large excellent menu, and there is a nice lobby bar. A great place to stay at the Texas Medical Center.
